They arrived in the time span that they said they would and there was a extra belt laying under the washer I didn't want to start it up until I had them come the next day incase it fell off my new washer thank you I love them the washer and dryer

Not all heros wear capes but these guys definitely saved the day for me. It had been 3 days since my dryer had quit working. I was able to order one online and pick it up right away. Even though they were almost closing for the day and a parade was about to take place in Viroqua. They led me out to the storage facility and loaded it up in my pickup for me. Being a Mom of 3 (including one in Forest School) means there is always laundry. So much laundry. The process was easy and the employees made the experience completely stress free. 10/10 recommend.
